Blend of classic, fragrant Indian spices and herbs with caffeine-free rooibos tea leaves.
Contains no caffeine.
Instructions for one serving: Combine 2 cups of water, 3/4 cup of dairy or vegan milk, and 1 ½ tablespoon of spices in a large saucepan. Bring to boil then lower heat and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Strain through a fine sieve, add ½ tablespoon of sugar, and serve hot.
